Matching Guru
Matching Guru is a mentor–mentee matching platform designed to streamline university peer mentoring schemes. Built with a full-stack architecture, it supports multi-criteria matching using custom algorithms (Gale–Shapley, BRACE, collaborative filtering) and includes role-specific dashboards, interaction tracking, and feedback workflows. The platform achieved 71% match accuracy in tests using synthetic data and was presented at the 2025 Horizons in STEM Conference.
